Terms and conditions

Please note that credit card payments for Rancho Loco (Pure Horse Affairs) are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Weight Restrictions:  Riders shall not exceed 220 lbs.

Age Restrictions:  You must be 8 years old and able to ride your own horse.

Weather Conditions:  Although rare for the safety of our riders, tours may be cancelled due to unforseen weather conditions.  Riders will be offered an alternate tour date.

Cancellation Policy: No refund issued if less than 24 hour notice. 

Guests who are intoxicated will not be allowed to ride a horse and no refund will be issued.  No consumption of alcohol is allowed during the ride. We reserve the right to withdraw any person who in our opinion is likely to endanger themselves or others. 

Each rider will be required to sign a waiver releasing Rancho Loco from all liability.  While we consider our tours to be as safe as you will find, there are always inherent risks in riding horses.  Riders under the age of 18 will need the signature of a parent or legal guardian.
