WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

Riders shall not exceed 250 lbs. which is strictly enforced for the well being of our horses.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Children 3-5 years old are complimentary when riding with a paying adult.  Children must be 6 years or older to ride their own horse.  

Weather Conditions:  Although rare for the safety of our riders, tours may be cancelled due to unforseen weather conditions.  Riders will be offered an alternate tour date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.  

If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.  

If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.  

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE:

If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.

A horse is reserved at the time of booking.  We do not double book so if you do not show that horse has no rider and could have been reserved for someone else.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS:

Guests who are intoxicated will not be allowed to ride a horse and no refund will be issued.  No consumption of alcohol is allowed during the ride. We reserve the right to withdraw any person who in our opinion is likely to endanger themselves or others. 

Each rider will be required to sign a waiver releasing Rancho Loco from all liability.  While we consider our tours to be as safe as you will find, there are always inherent risks in riding horses.  Riders under the age of 18 will need the signature of a parent or legal guardian.
